Conveniently and strategically located in the heart of Miami, near Wynwood, our +- 20,000 sq ft. indoor/outdoor dog hotel offers spacious and comfortable hotel rooms, ranging from 20 sq.ft. to our 48 sq.ft. deluxe suite for you to choose! Our installation includes 4 outdoor parks and 2 indoor parks. All day playtime is included for all our hotel guests. No additional charges for playing in our indoor/outdoor parks, roaming, and romping freely, plus enjoying the opportunity of socializing with other doggies all day. The outdoor parks have access to our 20 feet long dog pool for them to swim, splash or just get refreshed during the summer days; always supervised by our dog-care specialists Dogs are placed in different parks depending on their size, personality and the results of their temperament test/assessment done when they first arrive. We want them to feel comfortable playing with same -sized and/or personality dogs. Each park/group of dogs is constantly supervised by a dog-care specialist. Dogs at freeDOGm, for daycare or boarding, are always in the indoor or outdoor parks, free!!!, either playing, relaxing, splashing in the pool, or just being loved by our dog-care specialists. Please see below important information about your doggie’s hotel stay at freeDOGm:

  • Your dog will be outside his/her room all day enjoying our indoor/outdoor facility and activities at the parks.

  • All daycare dogs have access to our 20 feet long dog pool, unless pawrents request otherwise. Dogs are supervised by our dog- care specialists at all times .

  • They are only in their personal rooms to eat and sleep, unless pawrents request additional nap/rest times during the day.

  • Our elevated pet cots/beds are provided for all guests, ensuring the kind of comfort they get at home and to keep the home comforts alive.

  • Owners are welcome to bring toys, treats and their pet’s blanket from home to make their “freeDOGm suite” most enjoyable. Please label all belongings

  • Our dog care lovers and specialists keep a constant eye on your pooch at all times during their stay.

  • In order to avoid stomach complications due to change in diet, please bring your own pets’ food in separate zipper locked bags per serving.

  • House food is available at a cost. The choice is yours, but we prefer to keep the dog’s life as consistent as possible to lower his anxiety and continue to give them the things they love. Our house food is a stomach sensitive dry food that is gentle to most of dogs’ stomach but could still affect some dogs with extremely sensitive digestive systems, and/or dogs with allergies to any of the food's ingredients.

  • If your pooch needs medications, they can be offered and administered at an additional cost.

  • We bathe every dog after 3 days and every 10 days thereafter for sanitation purposes.

  • Temperament tests are mandatory for all of our new customers. Temperament tests is a process in which we evaluate dogs’ behavior towards people and other dogs, their body language, personality, and other triggers they may have, that can enable us to identify if they are ‘qualified' to be included into our daycare/hotel facility and programs. We want to create a happy and safe environment for all of our daycare and hotel guests, so they can freely and joyfully socialize with other dogs

  • Not neutered dogs are required to pass the temperament test and sign a Not Spayed/Neutered Agreement before using any of our services. An additional cost will be charge.
